years experience in the industry working as an accomplished furniture maker and conserver, as well as a lecturer. In 2007 Justin was one of the 1st accredited Energy Surveyors in
the UK and continues to pioneer in the Energy Sector.

David is certified by the Building Research Establishment (BRE) to carry out EPC´s. David has been in the energy sector for the past 3 years and has carried out 1000s of
EPC´s and is also trained as one of our Property Specialists.

Estate Agencies, Clients and the Surveyors to ensure that the process runs smoothly and hassle free for all involved. Dean will send a computer friendly version of your product to
the Estate Agent and keep a record of it in the office too for your convenience. Dean is also authorised by our sister company Premier Garage Finance to take Credit/Debit card payments over the phone.
